Meet Josh Gonzalez
Josh Gonzalez is the Service Manager at SWAT Systems, specializing in external IT service desk operations, enterprise IT infrastructure management and support, as well as enterprise application deployment and support. He joined SWAT Systems in 2018 as an Escalations Engineer, with over 10 years experience in IT Services and a B.S. in IT and Network Design and Management.
As Service Manager, Josh focuses on delivering on our promise to clients by both keeping an eye on the quality of our team’s service and ensuring our staff gets the training and mentoring they need to succeed.
When Josh isn’t traveling to places like Israel and Brazil, you can find him volunteering for the American Red Cross and reading as many books as he can.
